Your role and responsibilities

As a CFO/CXO Advisory Consultant, you will embed directly within BPO program PMOs to accelerate client outcomes and drive practice growth. This is billable, margin-accretive role where you will support concurrent BPO engagements, enabling Partner/Executive time leverage while delivering high-impact strategic work.

Core responsibilities include:

• Develop and deliver RFP responses, proposals, and client-ready materials for Finance BPO pursuits
• Support transformation program governance, including steering committees, status reporting, and executive communications
• Drive account expansion through identification and pursuit of growth opportunities within existing engagements
• Build financial business cases with detailed year-by-year savings projections and implementation roadmaps
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to strengthen deal positioning
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure smooth program execution and client satisfaction

Required technical and professional expertise

• MBA from a Top program
• Post-MBA experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or finance transformation
• Demonstrated ability to build structured deliverables: financial models, business cases, executive presentations
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams across 2-3 concurrent engagements

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Prior experience at MBB or Big 4 strategy practices
• Exposure to enterprise finance operations: Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report
• Experience in BPO, shared services, or GBS environments

• Familiarity with finance transformation technologies and automation

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
